Hydromash-Orion-MZhBK LLP policy in the area of quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and health for 2020.

Activities of the Gidromash-Orion-MZHBK LLP is aimed at realization of strategic interests of the region and the Republic of Kazakhstan as a whole in the area of supplying building materials for construction projects under construction in the cities and industrial sites of the region.

Being among the major industrial enterprises for the production of concrete and reinforced concrete products and structures, concrete mixtures in the West Kazakhstan region, the Gidromash-Orion-MZhBK LLP recognizes its responsibility for the production of quality products, creation of safe working conditions, protection of health of personnel and population living in the areas of the enterprise's production facilities.

The work in the area of quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and health constitutes an integral part of the company's sustainable development, one of the priority areas of activity.

Underlying principles and directions of the Policy:

• Top management committing to managing activities in the field of quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and health, providing resources necessary for the effective functioning of the integrated management system.
• Compliance with applicable requirements of current legislation, standards, norms and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, industry and proprietary standards and norms, as well as other mandatory requirements in the area of quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety.
• Continuous improvement and enhancement of IMS performance in the field of quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and health in accordance with international standards ST RK ISO 9001, ST RK ISO 14001 and ST RK OHSAS 18001.
• Requirement for contractors and supplier working under the enterprise management, - to apply and comply with standards and norms in the field of quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and health, which are accepted in the Gydromash-Orion-MZhBK LLP and applicable to their activities.
• Training, further training and competence development of personnel in the field of quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and health.
• Risk management in the area of occupational safety and health, as well as environmental aspects and risks with a negative impact on the environment associated with the company's activities and products, in order to prevent injuries and health deterioration and prevent environmental pollution.
• Implementation of all available measures to prevent emergencies, and in case of its occurrence - to localize and eliminate the consequences.
